Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once a custom product enters production, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless defective.

3. Shipping

We ship throughout Europe. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Tracking information is provided via email.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Epoframes and may not be used without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Epoframes is not liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from product use, delivery delays, or website interruptions.
